Marti has designed and produced interactive learning experiences for over 15 years. Her specialty is helping others learn and gain insight by doing. She brings a potent blend of talents and skills drawn from her experience developing and facilitating workshops, retreats and multi-year projects for corporate, non-profit, community, and academic clients. She ignites and leverages the passion and commitment within teams and individuals, developing leaders at all levels of the organization and communicating for results. She engages participants with her curiosity and careful listening, while her trademark humor and playfulness bring groups together for serious work combined with high energy and fun.
She works with a diverse client group including Allianz Insurance, AT&T, Boeing, Cairncross and Hempelmann, City of Seattle, Family Services of King County, FBI, Kent School District, Group Health of Washington, Microsoft, Pacific Science Center, University of Washington and YMCA of Greater Seattle.
Marti holds a BA in Zoology from the University of California at Santa Barbara and earned a Training Specialist certificate from the University of Washington.
